View, meditation, and activity are basic elements of Buddhist practice. They clarify why, what, and how to practice. Each level of practice has its own view, meditation, and activity.
Simply speaking, the view is a teaching which orients the mind; meditation is a method which places the mind on the view so it can be absorbed, and activity is an approach to daily life which integrates both view and meditation.
A vajra bridge is a method of teaching or a composition that uses a precise and often poetic style to compress extensive teachings into a small, experiential mind-byte. A vajra bridge is often memorized and then brought to mind again and again.
This program will be structured around short talks and periods of silent meditation and will conclude with a vajra bridge on the view, meditation, and activity of Dzogchen, Great Perfection.
